Robert Liwanag is a 2D character designer, concept artist, photographer, and live-action filmmaker.

He has grown up enjoying all forms of media, and got his start into the art world by creating creature designs, which eventually grew into a love for animation, comic books, manga, and film. His sense of style for his artwork is inspired by projects nostalgic to him, such as X-Men and The World Ends With You. For his films, he combines his love for offbeat humor with inspiration from adventurous or zany films such as Hot Fuzz, The Grand Budapest Hotel, and It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World. Robert is a firm believer in freedom of expression within his work.

Outside of Robert’s line of work, he enjoys watching movies, alternative rock music, going outdoors to run on local trails, tabletop RPGs, and board games.
